Christopher Che is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer, corporate development executive, and board leader with more than 35 years of experience building, acquiring, scaling, and transforming businesses across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, packaging, supply chain, marketing communications, and business services. As Founder, President, and CEO of The Che International Group, he has led the development of a diversified multinational holding company focused on strategic acquisitions, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Throughout his career, Christopher has successfully acquired, integrated, and grown multiple companies, generating significant enterprise value through disciplined execution and strategic leadership. Under his direction, portfolio companies achieved substantial growth, including increasing revenues at Hooven-Dayton Corporation from $8 million to more than $25 million, growing Digital Color Imaging by 250%, tripling revenues at Cog LLC, and expanding TrueChoicePack from $250,000 to more than $7 million before successful exits. He has also built executive relationships with hundreds of Fortune 1000 organizations, creating strategic partnerships that have promoted growth across numerous industries.
Prior to founding The Che International Group, Christopher held senior financial and operational leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer roles with global and middle-market organizations and earlier experience with KPMG. His expertise spans corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity portfolio operations, finance, strategic planning, risk management, executive team development, and enterprise transformation.
Christopher has an extensive record of board and governance service, including appointments with President Obama's Jobs & Competitiveness Council, the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Dayton Area Business Advisory Council, the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, and numerous business and economic development organizations.
Recognized for his leadership and business accomplishments, Christopher is the recipient of numerous honors, including the Outstanding American by Choice Award from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, recognizing the exceptional achievements, leadership, and contributions of naturalized American citizens who have made a lasting impact. The Dayton Business Journal Executive of the Year, the induction into the Association of Ohio Commodores by the Governor, and induction into the Black Business Hall of Fame. He holds a Master of Accountancy from Miami University, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Wilmington College, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Building a High-Profile Business Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
